Consultation required before booking services.
Consultation is required for all lightening services prior to appointment if guest has not received lightening services with us before or within the last 6 months
* Lightening and color service pricing are baseline pricing and are subject to increase based on consultation.
All pricing subject to change based off timing of service.
All consultation appointments will be subject to a non refundable $50 deposit at the time of booking.
Guests who have canceled within 48 hours of their scheduled service and / or no showed to their scheduled appointment will be subject to the following:
First instance: Initial deposit is Forfeited, an additional non-refundable deposit is required to rebook.
Second instance: Both prior deposits are Forfeited, 50% of total service is required to book.
Third instance: All prior deposits and payments are Forfeited, service must be paid in Full prior to rebooking.
Established clients who do not have a deposit on file for a service will be subject to booking fee of 25% of the cancelled and or no showed appointment prior to rebooking the original service.
All service adjustments must be communicated and completed no later than 7-10 days from the original appointment date.
All deposits and payments are non-refundable and valid for 60 days from the initial deposit date/payment date.
